The spa treatments were a highlight! The 'Royal hammam' and relaxing massages felt so refreshing after a long day. Plus, the pool area had a lovely atmosphere with music and food available all day.

The staff entered our room multiple times without knocking, despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign.

The buffet dinner left a lot to be desired with a limited selection for 250 dirhams—definitely not worth it considering the burnt rice and icy desserts. The bathroom wasn’t ideal, lacking shower rails and making it hard to keep the water contained, which was annoying. Plus, the room could get pretty cold with no temperature control, not exactly cozy. Internet signal can be spotty, especially in the garden, and noise from planes overhead can interrupt your peace. Lastly, a surprise with the airport shuttle service—it's not available anymore, and the taxi fare of 200 dirhams for a quick 9-minute ride felt steep.

Had a pleasant stay with my family, enjoying the spacious room and the excellent buffet breakfast. The outdoor pool area provided a lovely atmosphere to relax during the day. The hotel's location was convenient to nearby shopping areas. However, we did face an ant infestation during our stay, which was resolved after some wait but interrupted our experience a bit.

The rooms were decently clean and the breakfast is surprisingly good. I mean, I had no complaints about the variety, there was even fresh Moroccan donuts by the pool, just a nice touch you know?

It was just a strong match for a short weekend trip in Marrakesh with exceptional value. The breakfast had some memorable pastries, albeit a little off-putting with birds nearby. Make sure to check parking options before you arrive.

The room was super spacious and comfy, with a nice clean vibe. I liked the smell in the hotel lobby area, it made the place feel warm and welcoming. Only downside was that the bed felt a bit unstable with those big wheels on it.
